What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is the study of reflex – a fast response to stimulus and change. Reflex points located on the feet, hands and ears correspond with all the parts of the body, including organs, glands, limbs and nerves. Stimulation of specific regions located on the feet clear nerve pathways and soothe dis-ease.

Stress causes 75% of all major illnesses; reflexology is a relaxing way to ease the body back into a state of balance.  Specialized techniques are used which slow the brainwaves down to a theta frequency; the relaxed frame of mind usually experienced prior to sleep. This deep state of relaxation replenishes energy levels and helps to restore health.

Reflexology stimulates and refreshes over 7,000 nerve endings.
